Q: How do I place an order? A: Easy! Simply go to the Ordering/Contact page and fill out the order form. Hit the submit button and I will get in touch with you as quickly as I’m able. (I check my email several times each day and will respond quickly.) Q: How much are your cookies? A: The price starts at $39/dozen and will change up to $59/dozen according to the level of detail you want on your cookies (airbrushing, writing, intricate piping, edible lace or wafer paper, texturing, etc.) Q: How much notice do I need to give for ordering cookies? A: For custom cookies I typically book three months at a time. If you have questions about my availability please fill out an order form and submit it. I will respond quickly with my availability and a price quote based on the detail you’ve put on the Custom Order Form. (This is why more detail is important.) If you are picking up your cookies, I need a minimum of two weeks notice when ordering from 1 to 3 dozen cookies. If you are shipping your cookies, please add another 5 business days no matter how many cookies you are ordering. For orders of 4 dozen cookies or more I request you give me 3-4 weeks notice 😊. Thank you for your understanding!! Notice of less than 10 days will be considered a rush order and subject to a 20% fee, based on my availability. Q: Can I place a cookie order if I do not know my theme yet? A: Yes! You can have your date held on my calendar if you do not know your cookie theme for a $20 nonrefundable deposit. Your remaining balance will then be paid once your theme has been chosen, no later than 2 weeks prior to your pick up or ship to by date. Please note that I am unable to give exact price quotes without knowing the theme and/or designs of your cookies. Q: How much does it cost for shipping? A: Unfortunately, it’s variable based on the size and weight and the distance the cookies need to be shipped. I am unable to provide an exact shipping quote until the cookies can be weighed (after they are packaged). I will provide you with an estimate for shipping (I’m usually fairly close to actual price based on many years of experience). I will reimburse you if the cost of shipping is less than quoted, and you paid! Q: Do you offer refunds? A: I am able to refund and cancel your cookie order up to 14 business days prior to your pick up or receive by date. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies. Refunds may be given under circumstances that were arranged with me at the time of placing your order. Q: Can you provide nut-free or gluten-free cookie options? A: Unfortunately I cannot at this time. Q: Do you deliver? A: No Q: When is payment due? A: Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full or have a $20 nonrefundable deposit until the theme has been decided. For very large orders I require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Custom cookies start at $39 a dozen for regular sized cookies (3”-4” size) and $24 a dozen for mini cookies (2” size). This is for basic, non elaborate cookies. Adding colors, airbrushing, lots of writing, intricate designs, florals, metallic, etc will raise the price of cookies. Characters, logos and jerseys will have special pricing. When filling out the custom order request form please be specific so I can give you an accurate idea of the cost. All custom cookies must be the same theme and the same flavor (there is a 2 dozen minimum for mini cookies). Please fill out an order request form to get specific pricing for what you'd like. In the event that I am able to take a last minute order (less than two weeks before pick up date or less than 14 business days before receive by date for shipped cookies) there is a 20% rush fee for the order. All cookies must be paid in full in order to be placed on my calendar. Cookies will come heat sealed in cello bags tied with a 3” gold bow for freshness and individual bubble bags to prevent breakage. If you'd like cookies heat sealed with a bow other than gold there is a charge of $10 per dozen bags. Examples of "Regular" cookies that would be $39-$49 a dozen.
